My Approach
My interactive approach creates a partnership with my client. With warmth, compassion and understanding, I create a non-judgmental, safe space to process the issues that brought my clients to therapy. I work with each person to help them to recognize patterns, build on their strengths to change those patterns and attain their life goals.
I utilize a holistic approach to therapy, and use evidence based techniques from cognitive behavioral (CBT and ACT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
